Evolv Evo Climbing Shoe:

Inspired by Team EVOLV design feedback and TRAX Rubber Co. technology, the EVO is their new all-around performance shoe for 2006 that is very versatile. With a comfortable and anatomical fit, they can be used as an all-around long route shoe when sized comfortably, or if sized tightly they can serve as a performance shoe. The molded TRAX XF-3 outsole was engineered to have variable thickness gradients of the sole to conform to the foot and provide perfect anatomical support and stiffness and sensitivity where needed. The molded sole is thinner in the arch section for better arch fit and ridged and thicker in the heel section for mild cushioning and the semi-stiff half-length midsole underneath enhances edging power.
